Yes! Spend over ¥5,500 (incl. tax) on retail items and you’re eligible for tax-free shopping. 

Guests pay upfront in the store (the full RRP inc. tax) and register the purchase on the day, in-store. Then, claim the tax free refund at the airport via tax free kiosks and/or pre-departure counters getting all their refunds sorted in one go for the duration of their trip in Japan. 

Heads up: Rentals, rides, and workshop (consumable) services aren’t eligible.

Yes! If you're heading out early or moving on to your next stop, we can help arrange a courier return. Just chat with our team in-store and we’ll sort it for you.

We currently offer lessons in Niseko only. If you're riding in Hakuba or Furano, swing by our shop for local tips, gear, and guided tour options.
