Absolutely, please check our skills guide that assigns you a level based on your current ability, potential group goals & the terrain accessed for each level. If you still require assistance please contact our guest services team at rides@rhythmjapan.com.
Yes, your group with mixed skill levels can still take a guided experience together, however, there is a minimum skill level for our guided adventures each rider will need to meet to participate.
- Niseko Resort Guiding: Level 4 and above.
- Niseko Lift-Accessed Backcountry: Level 5 and above.
- Niseko Backcountry Touring: Level 5 and above.
It is important to know that your instructor or guide will always pay the most attention to the person with the least experience or the youngest participant. To ensure the safety of each group we have level recommendations which can be found on our skills guide page.
Yes, absolutely! All of our Winter Guided Adventures are suitable for skiers and boarders to ride together, your guide is not allocated based on discipline.
While we're passionate about introducing children to skiing and snowboarding at a young age, we cannot accommodate children under 7 in our regular guided experiences. Our minimum age requirements are:
- Niseko Resort Guiding: Minimum age 7 years
- Niseko Lift-Accessed Backcountry: Minimum age 14 years
- Niseko Backcountry Touring: Minimum age 14 years
We understand that plans can change, so we’ve outlined our cancellation and refund policy below:
Full Refund: Cancellations made up to 7 days prior to the scheduled activity will receive a full refund.
Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 7 days and 48 hours prior will incur a 20% cancellation fee.
No Refund: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled activity will be charged 100% of the booking fee.
Injury or Illness:If an activity has already started, no compensation can be provided for lost time due to injury or illness. However, if you provide a valid medical certificate:
You may be eligible for a refund or rescheduling of a future activity.
We must be informed before the activity begins.
The medical report must be submitted within 24 hours of the canceled session.
- Booking Terms & Payment: We reserve the right to cancel any reservations that do not meet our booking terms or have not been paid by the due date.
