Visited Hokkaido for 5 days with a crew of 5 friends during February 2025.
Rhythm managed everything for us in advance: accommodation, guiding, lift passes, transport. Everything was out of this world, starting from the attention in-store, to the transport shuttles, the hotel and mainly the guiding.
Our guide Victor was absolutely perfect, just like skiing with a good old friend, he took us to Niseko and Rusutsu letting us know the best days to do each thing and taking us to places where we could enjoy the best lines and snow every single time.
I couldn't recommend Rhythm enough. THANK YOU guys.
This was a trip of a lifetime! Not only did we luck out with snow, but Ellie, our guide, was incredible, along with every person on the Rhythm team. Planning a trip with five adults from all over the US is going to make it hard to make decisions, but the Rhythm team was so patient, communicative and supportive in helping us understand what our options were and what would be the best fit for our personalized needs.
Once onsite, Melanie made sure to greet us in person our first morning, which was a really nice touch. We literally didn't need to think about any logistics from the moment we landed at the airport to departure. It was so nice to not have to stress about those things actually just enjoy the trip. The time savings was well worth the cost. I wish I could work with Rhythm in planning other trips across the world!
The communication in advance, via email and phone, was spectacular. Responsive and clear. Always attentive to questions.
Local logistics in Japan were flawless. Airport pick-up and drop-off could not have gone better. Vehicles and drivers were top-notch. Local accommodation in Niesko blew away our entire group. Did not expect that level of luxury. Also, the promise of ski-in/ski-out was delivered better than I've ever experienced. Truly fantastic.

Currently, our trip packages are available exclusively in Niseko, but we’re excited to expand soon! We’ll be adding trip packages for Hakuba and Furano in the near future.
Each of our trip packages have been tailored to meet a range of needs - whether you’re chasing powder, mastering the slopes for the first time, or exploring as a family. Please review each trip package carefully as they each have different inclusions, however, all packages include accommodation, ground transfers to and from the resort, rental gear (such as ski or snowboard equipment rental), and a range of optional experiences to choose from like lessons and winter guided adventures.
Please note, flights are not included, and you’ll need to book those separately.
All our trips are totally customisable, however, the level of flexibility will depend on the trip you have booked. If you are looking to maximise your time in Niseko with your JaPOW, Multi Resort Tour or Progression Program when looking for the best powder, we recommend adding the full flexibility option to your trip. This will provide you with a private vehicle every day of your experience with us providing limitless opportunities of exploring the Niseko area.
Saying that, we will always do our best to accommodate your requests and if you are comfortable with any additional fees to cover rental upgrades, lift passes and transport then we will do our best to make it happen!
We always recommend having travel insurance to support you with any financial losses that might occur due to a cancellation, delayed or cancelled flight or lost luggage.
We are unable to provide full refunds or reschedules of your trip within 70 days of your tour departure. If the cancellation is made more than 70 days ahead of your arrival time the 20% deposit will be withheld. If the remaining full balance that is due at least 70 days before arrival has already been received, this will be refunded.
The 20% deposit will be withheld for cancellations that are made less than 70 days ahead of your arrival date. We will then endeavour to provide a refund on portions of your Trip according to their individual cancellation policies if they allow, however within 70 days we can not guarantee any portion of your Trip can be refunded.

We are passionate about introducing children to skiing and snowboarding young. However, due to the physical and developmental differences between children under the age of 7 and adults we are unable to cater to a combined lesson.
- Children aged 6 and under
In order for children under the age of 7 to thrive while learning to ski and snowboard, we recommend that children ages 5 and 6 join each other in a lesson, while children ages 3 and 4 need to be supervised 1-on-1 in a private learning environment.
- Children aged 3 and under
At the moment we do not provide lessons or childcare services for children under the age of 3.
When booking, please let our Trips team know if you have any children younger than 7 travelling with you, we are more than happy to customise your trip to meet the needs of your family.
