Love where you live and live where you love! Rhythm’s staff are all housed in and around the Hirafu Village and Kutchan town in Niseko, Furano or Happo One in Hakuba. This means they’re close to work, local bars, restaurants, and (most importantly) the ski lifts… 

Throughout the season Rhythm hosts staff dinners and parties along with an end-of-season retreat to say thank you for a job well done. We work hard, play hard and ride even harder.
