Discover the Ease of Burton Step-On Snowboard Bindings

You finally conquer getting off the lift, sit down, strap in, and then think… ‘how do I stand up?’ It’s a struggle that every beginner snowboarder faces.

Luckily, Burton’s new STEP ON system is here to save the day. Newly introduced to Rhythm Japan’s rental and retail fleet, these bindings are perfect for lower-intermediate to advanced riders. Burton’s STEP ON bindings make snowboarding faster, easier, and more comfortable.

STEP ON bindings can only be attached while standing up, meaning you never need to spend time sitting down in the snow or doing a balancing act to strap in as you would with traditional bindings.

They are also a convenient, easy-to-use system that eliminates the hassle of traditional strap bindings. STEP ON bindings feature heel and toe cleats to secure your boot to your bindings, as well as a pant clip to ensure that your pants don’t get caught up in the cleat system.

It’s never been easier to go shred, simply STEP ON and enjoy riding right away.

STEP ONE
Chuck on your pair of Burton STEP ON boots.

STEP TWO
Once you’ve got your boot on, make sure your pants clip in nice and tight at the back of the boot.

STEP THREE
Press your foot into the binding until you hear two clicks on the heel cleat, and two on the toe cleat.

STEP FOUR
Go shred!

STEP FIVE
Once you’ve finished shredding, lift up the lever on the back-side of your binding, step forward, and you’re ready to hop on the chair lift.
